Integrated architecture in the heart of the art triangle
ASG acquired from the Madrid City Council a building built in 1965 and intended for use as municipal offices since its refurbishment in 1989. The building, which has been closed for several years, is located at number 17 of Ronda de Atocha, in the heart of the art triangle: opposite the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía, a few meters from Paseo del Prado and Retiro Park, and a five-minute walk from Atocha station.
We carried out the architectural project and the coordination of the interior design project, in addition to the FF&E Management, to transform this office building into the first urban Hard Rock hotel in Spain, all within a responsible exercise of recovery and improvement of a building within the urban fabric of Madrid.
