We converted a historic building in Malaga into a boutique hotel
We carried out the Project Management of the old Palace of the Marqués de la Sonora, located at number 61 Calle Granada, it was acquired together with the plots of numbers 57 and 59 by the investment fund managed by real estate ASG Iberia Advisors within its strategic plan in the Spanish hotel market to convert it into a boutique hotel. The operation was advised by the hotel management platform Alsotel Hospitality Group.
