Renovation and expansion of a 4* Only Adults hotel

Through a careful interior renovation (in terms of aesthetics, finishes, materials and facilities in rooms and common areas), and an efficient exterior renovation, an optimum improvement has been achieved in the image, comfort, quality, offer , safety, accessibility or sustainability.

The optimization of resources in favor of aesthetics stemmed from the need to “clean” and clear spaces to project light and new visuals that would contribute to generating new spatial relationships. Its transformation has made it possible to generate new areas that now allow those who inhabit it to move with greater freedom and comfort, generating a sensory experience full of nuances and possibilities.
