The green of Madrid's Gran Vía
Vincci Hoteles wanted to strengthen its presence on Madrid’s Gran Vía, we transformed the property into a benchmark design hotel in an emblematic area.
With the Comprehensive Reform Project, they opted for the recovery of the historic building built between 1916 and 1919. Tradition plays a notable role since the façade has great artistic value that contrasts with the interior design details and careful originality.
The hotel has 10 junior suites and 88 fully equipped double rooms, a viewing terrace located on the roof, a lobby bar, a cafeteria and an interior patio. The property is equipped with the latest energy sustainability technologies and a saving system in the consumption of water, electricity and air conditioning.
