Design and repositioning

We carried out the conceptualization and interior design of the rooms and common areas, starting from an obsolete product of another brand. We carried out an enhancement of the space, which led to an increase in category from 4 to 5 stars and an increase in the restaurant offer.

The hotel will have 253 rooms, of which 28 are suites, highlighting the Mett Suite that has a total of 492 square meters divided between rooms, living room, garden and private pool.

In the common areas we propose a Mediterranean design focused on the local tradition where the lobby, inspired by the Andalusian patios and with a modern, sophisticated, comfortable and relaxed style, stands out.

The gym and spa will give place to the RAISE Fitness & Wellness and the hotel will also feature the Folie Restaurant & Sea, a boho chic open-air beachfront bar restaurant. The Lola Taberna pays homage to Spanish culture with a casual, contemporary and relaxed atmosphere and, more internationally, the KOYO restaurant will be presented in an oriental style following its success in Dubai.
