Interior Design and FF&E Project Monitoring

We carried out the Project Monitoring of the interior design, equipment and refurbishment of this four-star hotel, coordinating with the rest of the participants, seeking to optimize the client’s investment and, at the same time, analyze the hotel regulations and operations with the aim of making the only Sheraton in Murcia a hotel benchmark in its category.

The objectives of branding and services for the future client: sports tourism, vacation, SPA, golf and events have been integrated within a monitoring process of the interior design project and the process of development of work that would allow optimizing the investment by aligning it with the objectives of future exploitation of the hotel asset.

The refurbishment operation was not only aesthetic; significant improvements were made in operational efficiency and in those aspects that, from our technical hotel experience, we know how to integrate and transfer to the projects so that Sheraton Hacienda del Álamo’s clients have a total experience of service and comfort at all levels.
