First luxury hotel on Madrid's Gran Vía

The project was developed in record time and allowed the inauguration of this property, built in 1917, in just 4 months after the start of the works: October 2014. The result is that of a “boutique hotel” with a classic and very elegant, which has 76 rooms, a Wellness area, an attic and a terrace converted into a restaurant and bar.

We carry out the Project Management and together with the Único Hotels team we collaborate on the Interior Design Project.
