A breakthrough approach

A new construction project, a 3* hotel under the Holiday Inn Express brand, located in Barajas. The hotel will have 156 rooms, meeting rooms, bar, gym and outdoor swimming pool. It will have a panoramic view of the airport on its top floor, aimed at lovers of aircraft photography.

We provide consultancy services and technical-legal advice (feasibility, functionality and operation), as well as project and works management and coordination as Project Managers. We also carry out architectural, interior design projects.

The design complies with HIEX standards and corporate image; however, we carry out the projects with a ground-breaking and distinctive approach, giving a leap in quality and a “twist” to the brand.

The project has been led by Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG) and developed in association with Bartila and Alsotel Hospitality Group. It is the first fourth-generation Holiday Inn Express in Spain
