02about the project
A resort committed to sustainability and local communities
We led, as Project Manager of the operation, the integral reform of the project from its origin, adapting it to adjust it to the standards of premium products and services of the hotel firm.
The client seeks to make it a benchmark of excellence in the luxury all-inclusive resort sector in Spain.
As part of the “Ikos Green” sustainability project, the beach will be regenerated and returned to its original state by means of dikes and breakwaters, thus regenerating an area of more than 14,000 m2 of sand.
