Transformation of the Palace into a 5* Hotel to be integrated into the portfolio of Leading Hotels of the World.

Opening in the spring of 2023, the Palacio Arriluce Hotel will house 50 rooms, including superior, junior suites and suites, several outdoor rooms with a small private garden in what used to be a pergola, an outdoor swimming pool (one of the few buildings of the time to have one), a gym, spa and meeting rooms. It will also have a croquet court, a very British sport for an area with many British architectural reminiscences.

We advise from the initial market feasibility and the functionality and operation of the project, incorporating project and site engineering services. We carry out a process of management and control of the entire operation from its design to the end of work and opening, including negotiations with the City Council and Tourism.

In the Interior Design Project of this highly unique building we recovered marquetry, stained glass and tapestries from the early twentieth century, a new proposal that will include the integration of the original centenary furniture that the Palace had. All this will be brought to the present through the lighting and the combination with contemporary furniture that will modernize the space and call back to the happy 20’s in which the palace was built.

Among other surprises, it features a family chapel that will become a cocktail bar – the bar can also be an altar – or a hidden false door in the palace’s library that will, of course, remain. These things are not to be missed. It’s a plus that we don’t come across every day. Far from disguising the spaces, we seek to give them more meaning.
